Payment schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 14 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit

A pre-authorization of €300 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 3 day(s) after departure

What’s Included in Your Stay

We want you to arrive, settle in and feel at home.

Your stay includes:

  • A La Rana e L’Ulivo welcome pack
  • Use of the hot tub / plunge pool
  • One sack of logs for the fire/hot tub
  • All bed linen and towels
  • OroVerde shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap — made in Italy with Italian olive oil
  • One outdoor towel per guest, per week
  • Air conditioning or central heating, according to the season

Seasonal comfort
Air conditioning is provided from 15 May to 30 September.
Central heating is provided from 1 October to 15 May.

If you would like to enjoy the fire/hot tub a little longer, additional logs can be purchased from your hosts.


Please note: La Rana e L’Ulivo is reached by a flight of stairs, and the garden has an un-gated pond and hot tub. We do not provide a cot or high chair.

Age restrictions:

  • Children and infants are welcome and charged at adult rates.
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children.
  • No cots, extra beds or high chairs are available.
  • The lead guest must be at least 21 at check-in.
